David LeBlanc
David brings over 20 years’ experience working in a variety of public and private sector organizations, with a primary focus in operations. This includes 13 years in the financial services industry (credit union system). Over the past 10 years, David has transitioned from the corporate world to that of Team Coach, Leadership Coach, consultant and learning architect. His unique blend of education and operations experience makes him a go-to coach and consultant when it comes to leadership and team development and organizational effectiveness.
David’s honest and direct style guides individuals and teams to recognize where blind spots, misguided perceptions, conflicts, or outdated processes exist. Grounded in the concepts of Systems Thinking and experiential learning, David works with clients to overcome roadblocks that limit growth, collaboration, and learning, helping them to adopt new, relevant and beneficial behaviors.
David holds a Masters of Leadership, is a certified Executive Coach, accredited in individual coaching with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), both individual and team coaching with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in addition to certifications in a number of assessments and experiential learning programs, including the Leadership Circle (LCP), the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), EQ1 2.0 and EQ 360 (emotional intelligence) tools. David has studied and worked with systems thinking thought leaders, such as Barry Oshry, David Clutterbuck, and Glenda Eoyang, and is an associate of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute.
